I (Layne) do a lot of boudoir sessions in our photo studio, but rarely share them on our photography site. (For a lot of reasons, including the fact the photo sessions are often a gift for a loved one and seem too private to share here.)
But Amber gave me permission to share a few of my favourite photos from her boudoir session with me.

I (Layne) love boudoir sessions. I love documenting beauty; I love helping girls feel pretty. While there are many approaches to shooting a boudoir session, when gals come to my studio, I focus on three things:
- Classy
- Timeless
- Cozy
- Fun
Oh yeah, and sexy too.
Making the ladies who entrust me with documenting them in such a vulnerable way is something I do not take lightly. I want all my girls to feel comfortable and at ease which is easier said than done as we start taking off a few layers.
And that's another thing: I shoot boudoir differently than a lot of photographers I know. I like big cozy socks, oversized shirts and robes too. You don't have to be naked to be fully beautiful and I want to work with you to take photos that reflect your beauty.
I don't usually share boudoir photos, but R agreed to let me share a few from our session.
