As I mentioned, we are forever on the lookout for affordable and delectable wines. We know it's possible for the two to be paired together.
Last Wednesday, Tamarah and I cracked open a bottle of red Bodacious wine, she'd purchased from the plaza near our house and walked across the street to me.
This Bodacious red can be purchased at the LCBO for an affordable $10.
I'll be honest, this used to be one of my very favorite, budget-friendly wines. The bottle is cute, the flavour is fruity. Basically, what's not to love.
As I've continued my journey with wine, I find this one sometimes a bit unpalatable, if I'm not eating it with the proper pairing.
So the moral of the story is that I'd advise buying this inexpensive beauty, and then eating it with a full meal, like steak or shepherd's pie.
