Our Extra-Lazy all-day-in-bed Day.

You might not know it since I've traveled something like 45,000 miles this year but...I love (love, Love) being home. I love being home (in Brantford) but more than that, I L.O.V.E. being home in my apartment.

For awhile now, I've been begging Jonathan to take a day off with me-a whole day where we do Nothing and stay in bed all day. ("Why bed?" he asked. I think it's because, in all those years of living in community, my bed was my only me space. It's so comforting for me.)

We finally just picked a day and refused to schedule anything; the weather met us with grey skies and rain which was perfect for our day of pajamas, napping, snacking, reading and watching movies.

I managed to stay in bed for something like 36 hours straight (minus washroom breaks) but Jonathan got stir crazy and had to move to the couch for the last few hours.

I was getting pumped up to schedule this quarterly, but Jonathan said "Maybe twice a year." I guess we'll see, and I should get some work done in the meantime.

Happy weekend, peeps. xo.
