Just a Snippet.

Sorry for the silence. My days have been pretty full. Oh, I forgot to tell you?

Yesss, well it's true. I'm in Hawaii, teaching this week, while Jonathan holds down the Canadian fort.

We FaceTime multiple times a day, which is almost like both being here...or there.

But not quite the same.

Hmmmph.

Time here is always good though. I've had an engagement shoot (coming soon!), taught on photojournalism, spent a couple of leisurely hours reading at the beach with my mum, had a few catch-up coffee dates and tried to force myself to sleep on schedule.

Thankfully I pop out of beds with the sun here and have been loving dawn's serenity. I've been spending my early mornings, re-working my teaching notes and as you can see, I'm really stepping it up this year:

But I guess you'll have to come to class tomorrow morning, 9 a.m. sharp to hear the rest of the story.
