Happy Wednesday.
And speaking of friends, we've had a few visitors this week and have been playing hookey from work as soon as possible.
Today we headed out to the Bonnieheath Estate Lavender Farm and Winery for a little wine tasting and lavender farm viewing.
More, more, more on our friends sooooooon, but for now we have a little adventure awaiting.

In case you've forgotten, I looooooove my family. So we were stoked when they said they were making a trip to see us in July. We haven't seen them since the Christmas before last (booooo), and we loved the chance to see them in Canada again.
It's already been a week since their visit and we're ready for them to COME BACK.
The downside to their visit was that we were working more than half the time; the upside is that they were really gracious about it. AND, we had enough room for everyone to squish together into our house, which was a dream come true for me.
Between us working and them needing to get back on the road, we weren't able to do a ton, BUT, I (Layne) was able to go with them to Webster's Falls, have a picnic, visit a lavender farm, and eat out a yummy Italian dinner.
Jonathan road tripped with them to Niagara Falls for one whole day.
So basically it was wonderful, but too short. Also, I didn't take many photos, but here are a few we did snap.
