Christmas Lifestyle Photography//On the First Day of Christmas, my True Love Gave to me....

We all celebrate the season in a myriad of ways and over here at Jono & Laynie Co., we are wishing you the very Brightest of holidays.

Over the years, we've created various versions of our our own "12 Days of Christmas" and here's our shoutout to that old tradition tonight.

Here are a few things we love about this most wonderful time of the year, and maybe, just maybe, you do too.

Cozy caps for all those frigid winter winds.

 Kernels of popcorn all lined up on a string.

Christmas cookies galore. {Eat them quick before that Santa knocks on the door.}

Layers for days.

Brown paper packages, tied up with strings {always one of my favourite things.}

Wreathes, wreathes, wreathes.

Time to catch up on your reading.

Cuddles with hot cocoa.

Trees and twinkle lights.

Thick socks and cute boots.

 Baubles and colours and ornaments too.

Sweet kisses under the mistletoe.

So however you are spending your holidays, we hope you are smiling.

xo.

**A special thanks to @maddyjoy for her mad modeling skills and also co-styling and co-shooting.**

Merry Christmas, y'all.

Goodbye Israel, Hello Jordan.

A walk, tram, bus, taxi, walk, wait, bus, wait, taxi, van ride later...we made it across the Israeli border to neighbouring Amman and it has been wonderful.

We've been grateful for these weeks abroad, embracing the simplicity of our suitcase, no computer and very sporadic internet. It's felt like ages since we were able to slow down enough to breathe this deeply.

And of course our little track family is the perfect group with whom to adventure. We.Love.Them.

Today's adventures are awaiting, so without further ado a few snaps from our time here.

Happy Sunday.

xo.
