It's that time of year, when we start pulling out our Christmas decorations, making sure our extra twinkle lights work and dreaming of how we will fill each others' stockings.

It's also the time of year we love heading out to Merry Farms for family photo shoots or lifestyle shoots as families pick out their tree for the upcoming year.

Merry (Christmas Tree) Farms is the perfect place to pick out your very own Christmas tree for your family, cut it down together and shop at the Christmas shop on the way out.

Here are a few happy moments I loved from my family session with Melanie, Rob & Co. today.

High Park//Toronto Engagement Session//Michele & Charlie

We are grateful every time we meet a couple with whom we click instantly and easily.

Michele and Charlie are definitely those people. We met them out at High Park in Toronto on Sunday for their engagement shoot and spent the entire time talking and catching up as if we'd known each other for years and years.

Michele has a seriously infectious laugh, the two of them are adorable to photograph. We were so happy to spend our gorgeous fall afternoon with the two of them.

Thanks for being willing to sit in leaves, throw leaves, squint into the bright sun and traipse all over High Park for the sake of a good photo (or 10!)

From Pioneer Camp, to the alter, to beyond, your story is beautiful and fitting for two such lovely souls. Guys, we're sooooooo excited for you and stoked to document your upcoming wedding day. It will be perfect! And marriage is even better.
